Who's Behind Us
We don't ask you to trust a new name. We ask you to look at the system that built it.
Valnor doesn't ask you to trust a new name. We ask you to look at the system that built it.
Valnor is the field-medicine venture of an established, physician-led Texas health system, one founded on a simple track record of execution. In 2019 it was three physicians and two clinics. Today it is a network of 47 physicians, 35 advanced-practice providers, and 58 care locations across 38 Texas cities, with nearly 50,000 patient visits a year.
That network is anchored by three affiliated hospitals, including an 84-bed acute-care facility with an emergency department, intensive-care unit, and four operating suites, and the same organization already runs seven occupational-medicine clinics and holds more than 400 employer relationships. Valnor takes all of it, the physicians, the specialties, the hospitals, the occupational-medicine experience, and deploys it where it has never been available before: on-site, at the remote megaproject.
We are not building a medical system to serve your project. We already have one. We are bringing it to you.
The Track Record
The team behind Valnor took a three-physician practice and built it into a 58-location, 47-physician network with nearly 50,000 annual patient visits, in roughly five years.
A general contractor evaluating a new venture is really asking one thing: can these people execute and grow? This trajectory is the answer. Valnor is that same capability, deployed to your site.
The Network · Statewide Footprint
Primary and internal medicine, oncology, orthopedic and spine surgery, pain management, interventional cardiology, infectious disease, rheumatology, podiatry, and allergy & immunology — anchored by an accredited acute-care hospital.
The Acute-Care Anchor
When a serious injury happens on a remote jobsite, Valnor's escalation pathway leads into affiliated acute-care hospitals with ICU beds and operating suites, a real destination, not a coordinated handoff to whoever is nearest.
Three affiliated hospitals under common ownership with the health system behind Valnor. Valnor is the field-medicine venture connected to this group; the hospitals are affiliated through that ownership, not owned by Valnor itself.
Occupational Medicine
This is the on-site extension of an occupational-medicine practice that already serves hundreds of Texas employers and is credentialed with the state's workers'-comp networks. The billing relationships, the clinical protocols, and the payer contracts already exist. We bring them to the field.

The Verified Fact Base
Figures reflect the physician-led Texas health system from which Valnor is built. The clinic network and the affiliated hospitals are distinct: the locations are clinics and practices; the ICU, emergency department, and operating suites are the hospitals.
What This Means For Your Site
Your serious cases arrive somewhere that can treat them: ICU, emergency department, and surgical suites, not a coordinated phone call to a hospital that's never heard of your site.
The team behind Valnor already runs the only hospital for 35 miles. Delivering serious medicine at distance isn't a pitch. It's the daily job. That is precisely the Valnor problem.
Seven occupational-medicine clinics, more than 400 employer relationships, and in-network status with every major Texas workers'-comp network. The payer contracts and clinical protocols are already in place. We bring them to the field.
From two clinics to 58 locations and 47 physicians in five years. Standing up and scaling real medical operations is what this team does. Valnor is that capability, deployed to your site.
